Kevin Oldham Partner
Mr. Oldham, is a former Texas Comptroller employee, who has over seventeen years of state and local tax experience. For the past twelve years, Kevin has represented individuals and business entities in all aspects of state tax controversy and planning. Kevin has helped clients successfully contest agency audits, obtained refunds, negotiated settlements, litigated important issues, advocated for policy changes, and participated in drafting proposed regulations. Kevin is a client-minded attorney focused on helping businesses of all sizes and industry classifications avoid tax problems, identify and implement solutions, and resolve controversies with tax administrators. Kevin focuses his practice helping clients manage state tax matters in a productive, cost-effective manner. His current and former clients include manufacturers, energy producers, airlines, semiconductor companies, electric utilities, insurers, telecommunication providers, retailers, distributors and various service providers, many of whom are Fortune 500 companies.
