Mr. Oldham, is a former Texas Comptroller employee, who has over seventeen years of state and local tax experience. For the past twelve years, Kevin has represented individuals and business entities in all aspects of state tax controversy and planning. Kevin has helped clients successfully contest agency audits, obtained refunds, negotiated settlements, litigated important issues, advocated for policy changes, and participated in drafting proposed regulations.
