Mr. Strain’s primary area of practice involves the representation of electric, gas, and telecommunications utilities in a wide array of matters before state and federal agencies, trial courts and courts of appeal. Mark also practices administrative litigation before state agencies; transactional law for businesses; collegiate name, image and likeness (NIL) licensing; and entertainment law, representing musicians, record labels, and other music industry participants in contractual and other matters.
