Mr. Strain’s primary area of practice involves the representation of electric, gas, and telecommunications utilities in a wide array of matters before state and federal agencies, trial courts and courts of appeal. Mark also practices administrative litigation before state agencies and entertainment law, representing musicians, record labels, and other music industry participants in contractual and other matters.
