Stephanie Green’s practice includes administrative, regulatory, and appellate litigation. She represents energy and utility clients before state and federal agencies and courts. Her previous appellate experience includes representation in matters before intermediate appellate courts and the Texas Supreme Court. She has also argued before the Fifth Circuit. Stephanie joined Duggins Wren Mann & Romero following a clerkship with the Texas Supreme Court and a fellowship with the Texas Solicitor General’s office.
