Mr. Coe has practiced in the area of energy and public utility law since 1999. He represents Texas electric and gas utilities before the State Office of Administrative Hearings, Public Utility Commission of Texas, and Railroad Commission of Texas and has represented clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Louisiana Public Service Commission. Bill also represents clients in the state courts of Texas, including in appeals of administrative agency orders. He has advised Texas electric utilities regarding restructuring issues since the passage of Texas electric industry restructuring legislation in 1999 and has helped guide clients through business combination and other energy-related transactions.
