Mr. Johnson has a diverse practice focusing on complex business litigation and administrative law. He has extensive first-chair courtroom experience in state court, federal court, arbitrations, the Texas Railroad Commission, and the Texas Public Utility Commission. His legal experience includes oil-and-gas litigation, fiduciary-duty litigation, partnership disputes, theft of trade secrets, environmental litigation, real-estate litigation, construction litigation, consumer finance litigation, bankruptcy, and class-action defense.
