Beginning November 1 – US Bans Eyeglasses from Passport & Visa Photos

Effective November 1, the US Department of State will no longer allow applicants to wear eyeglasses in photos used for their passports and visas.  People who already have a passport or visa with a photo of them wearing glasses will not have to get new passports or visas now, but will have to take pictures without glasses when it’s time to renew their passport or visa.
