Anish Michael has been appointed by the City of Austin to serve on the Board of Directors of Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District No. 4. Anish Michael’s selection fulfills the one board position appointed by the City and is for a 2-year term.
A municipal utility district, or MUD, is a political subdivision with taxing authority to provide water, sewage, drainage and other services within its boundaries. The 2,200-acre Pilot Knob project consists of five MUDs. The project will include development along U.S. Highway 183, east of the Circuit of the Americas racetrack under construction.
Anish Michael’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions. He represents business owners, start-up entities, electric and gas companies, and both landlords and tenants in a wide array of transactions.
