Austin, TX – DWMR attorneys hosted six leading start-up entrepreneurs from Pakistan and the Soft Landing Group of Austin, to learn about the legal challenges of starting up and operating a business in the United States.  The discussion ranged from Entity Formation and the demands of investors, to Intellectual Property, to Commercial Leases and Immigration and Employment Law.

The ATX+PAK Launch Entrepreneurship Program brings Pakistani entrepreneurs to Austin to introduce their companies to potential US investors, Venture Capitalists, Private Equity Firms and Mentors to grow their business.  The ATX+PAK Program is operated by the City of Austin and the Greater Austin Asian American Chamber of Commerce.
