Anish P. Michael has been named as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2012. Anish Michael’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions. He represents business owners, start-up entities, electric and gas companies, and both landlords and tenants in a wide array of transactions. Mr. Michael graduated from the University of Texas in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at Texas, Mr. Michael was a member the Texas Longhorns Football Team that won the 1999 Cotton Bowl and Big XII South Championships. Anish Michael graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2004, and was a member and editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, 2002-2004. Prior to joining DWMR as Partner in 2011, Mr. Michael spent his entire legal career as an associate at Clark, Thomas & Winters, a Professional Corporation.
