Adrian Ciechanowicz represented Plaintiff who sued Defendant, in Texas State Court. The lawsuit involved a dispute over an agreement to purchase an industrial machine. In the lawsuit, Plaintiff asserted, among other things, claims for breach of contract and for violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. After a three day trial, the jury returned a verdict for Plaintiff on all claims. The jury awarded Plaintiff actual damages and attorney fees.
