On September 11, 2013, the Texas Railroad Commission ruled in favor of DWMR client TGG Pipeline, Ltd. (“TGG”) following a contested evidentiary hearing. The Commission found that TGG was permitted under Commission rules to alter service to an existing producer on TGG’s East Texas gathering system. The Commission’s ruling was a case of first impression applying statewide rule 73 to the alteration of pipeline services.
