On February 3, 2014, the Texas Railroad Commission Hearing Examiners issued a Proposal for Decision in favor of DWMR client Regency Field Services, LLC (“Regency”) following a contested evidentiary hearing. Regency disposes of compressed acid gas at an injection well in Tilden, Texas. Complainant requested that the Commission modify, suspend, or terminate Regency’s permit. The Hearing Examiners denied Complainant’s request and recommended that Regency be allowed to continue operating its injection well pursuant to its permit.
