James Mann will speak on eminent domain issues at both the State Bar Public Utility Law Section meeting on August 3, 2012 in Austin and the 2012 Gas and Power Institute in Houston. James frequently represents the Texas Pipeline Association in public policy forums dealing with land use issues and is often asked to be a spokesman for the oil and gas industry trade associations on such issues.
